Department of Mechanical Engineering(Sandwich) was started in the year 2006 with a sanctioned intake of 60 students. Duration of the course is 3 1/2 years. The main advantage of this course is Industrial Training that the students undergo and they should submit a report on that.The students have an exposure to practical knowledge and they get updated about the latest techniques and equipment. We provide industrial training in our own group of industries or The industries in which we have MOUs. The students of our department acquire necessary skills and practical experience for fulfilling their professional duties and responsibilities in teamwork, ethics, technical leadership, business acumen and lifelong learning.

The well equipped classrooms, multimedia methods of teaching make the students to understand all aspects of the subject in depth. Our motive is to prepare the students to be successful Engineers meeting the global industrial requirements. The students are made to put continuous efforts to improve their living quality. We achieve 100 % Placement for the students through placement cell. Not only academics but also we encourage the students to participate in all co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
